Battlefield Bad Company 2 has to be the buggiest piece of software I have ever tried to use. Between constant server connection failures due to inefficient code, stats not being updated, data being lost and records not shown properly, not to mention dozens of other issues including crash bugs, I gotta give up for now. I heard DICE loud and clear.. They said that Activision had screwed the PC gamer and that it was not going to be that way. They promised a solid ded server browser. They promised great connections and nothing this IWNET failed to produce. They promised a game that worked. The trust is in the numbers. EA has announced that there are more PC players playing BFBC2, than any other system. Yes, we know.. there would be more if you had not rushed it out to hit marketing and sales deadlines.

So, instead you give us a game that we cannot play Multiplayer on (Just like IWNET), has a ton of UI defects (unlike IWNET), promised Server browser and dedicated servers (that we cannot connect to) and no LAN play (unlike IWNET). This is just unacceptable. Not only did you cajole COD6 and Activ for lacking so much, you actually failed to even deliver the lackluster experience that they managed to muster.

I work in the video game industry and know that your QA team was not behind this.. Publish your "known issues" list.. You'll be hung in the press. They may have been forced to "sign -off" or lose their jobs though, to give the big wigs confidence that the product was good. It's not a good product. It's a failure. You pushing for a release instead of a quality release will cost you millions in sales that will never materialize.

I even tried to enter all of the serials that I have from my box of BF games for veterancy and not even that worked right.. Well, no more BF games for me, and this one might even go back. What was promised was not delivered.

After this last server reset that they did to try and fix their issues, they managed to wipe a bunch of customer data. Sure it's stats, but if you're gonna give them to the gamer nowdays, having them deleted or reset means really poorly forced code.

I got the game when it came out.. not in 2007?
